What payment options do you accept?
Online payments are done via PayPal and we accept all major credit cards. Please contact us if you have any problems or would like to do an electric transfer.
How do I receive my workout program or nutrition guide?
Your workout program or nutrition guide will be sent to you via email within 24hrs after payment is made.
Can I download my program and use it at the gym?
Yes of course! We encourage you to download your program or print it out so you have it with you at all times.

Are these workouts for any fitness level?
Most of the workouts will start with the basics and become more challenging as each week goes on. You can rest at any time and modify to a lower impact option when you need. Some exercises may not work for you, so it’s best to speak with your doctor before starting any new exercise regime or plan.
What equipment do I need?
Most of the workouts use minimal equipment so that you can do the workouts at home, at the gym, outside or when you are travelling. Some workout sessions include bodyweight only exercises, whilst others use dumbbells, kettlebells or resistance bands. We try to encourage you to purchase an exercise mat for maximum comfort and results.
Can I do the workouts at home?
Yes, most definitely! Find the right space for you, whether it is at home, in the gym or outside.
How long are the programs for?
All our programs are 4 weeks long but can be cycled through for longer.
Are you a qualified personal trainer?
Yes, I am. I have a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science as well as a NASM certified Personal Trainer. I have been working in the industry since 2005, with experience in 1:1 fitness, sports specific training, pre/post-natal, group fitness and bootcamps.
What if I have some injuries or health problems?
Your doctor is the best person to guide you through these questions. They will be able to give you the clearance to start exercise and let you know modifications to make and what to avoid.
Can pregnant women do the workouts?
Before starting your workouts, it’s important to discuss exercise with your OBGYN. They will give you the best advice as to what activities and exercises will be right for you. Pregnancy can be a challenging time for some, so it’s best to chat with your doctor first.

What is the best nutrition guide for me?
This will depend on your nutrition goals and what you area you want to improve. Is it general health, weight loss or eliminating excess sugar from your diet? Each guide will teach you how to make positive food choices towards living a healthier life.
Are the nutrition guides suitable for a vegan or vegetarian?
Each plan is not specifically made for vegan or a vegetarian style of eating, but it will include alternative vegetarian options and recipes to swap into your plan. The most important part is educating and guiding you to healthier food choices.
Are you a qualified nutritionist?
Yes, I am. After finishing my BSc, I wanted to learn more about wellness so I completed my MSc in Human Nutrition.
